For Remote Access service your system must be able to access the internet and run a link that would be sent to you. If your system is not accessible via the internet we would schedule an onsite visit.
Should your system not be repairable onsite, we would issue a receipt and take the system back to our shop for the repair. Generally we would only require one-day to service. You would be notified if additional time would be required.
With our online access to orders, statements, and order/service placement you have complete control over all services and purchases of products.
Our rate is $90.00 per hour for PC/Workstations and Servers One Hour Minimum Charge.
