        1 - Call us when you need us. - You have multiple ways to place your service order. Phone: 513 - 275 - 9712, EMAIL:, Fax: 513 - 813 - 5500 or ONLINE: (must register first). Our base rate is $90.00 per hour. This rate is good for areas within a 50-mile radius of Cincinnati. No need to wait for anyone to visit your offices or make special arrangements, just phone us, EMAIL us, or place an online service order to get your systems repaired quickly.

        2 - Maintenance And Monitoring base package - This pacakge will Maintain and Monitor your system on a 24x7x365 basis. It will protect your workstatiions by including anti-virus software, updating drivers on many applications, put only verified Windows updates on your systems when they have been checked by our NOC team. This package is great for maintaining your systems and updating when required. The cost starts at just $15.00 per month and discounts are available for full network coverage.

        3 - Maintenance And Monitoring Plus Online or Phone Support. - This pacakge is our Top Line Pacakge and offer all of our base package plus Online or Phone support for your chosen application(s) package that you are running. Some software packages may not be supported, and we would require detailed information on your application. This pacakge does require file-server coverage. After hours support 5 pm - 9 am $24.95 mo.

    Keeping an office environment efficient and productive can be tough when you have a workstation or notebook out of production. ITDefenses understands this and will make loaners available if your workstation or notebook will be out of service for more than one day.
    Rental systems are available as well and can boost productivty of your office staff. Special low rates are available when you subscribe to our Server and Workstation Monitoring and Maintenance programs.
